Join us for a special FREE screening of Screenagers, Elementary Edition, a documentary produced by Dr. Delaney Ruston, a physician and filmmaker who explores the effects of screen time on young minds. Featuring insights from renowned experts like Dr. Jonathan Haidt, Dr. Laura Kastner, and Dr. Sherry Turkle, this event offers an invaluable look at how technology shapes children’s development. Parents, educators, and elementary students are invited to attend on December 5th at 6:30 p.m. in the Warwick Academy School Hall.

Immediately following the movie, you’ll hear from a panel of community leaders on “Bermuda’s Youth & Digital Wellbeing.” Local experts Antonia Holder, Dr. Shawnee Basden, and Caroline Roque will share insights with a local perspective on digital wellness, mental health, and physical well-being for our youth. There will be time for Q&A at the end.

Together, we’ll dive into how screen time shapes friendships, schoolwork, and family dynamics, and discover practical strategies for fostering a healthy digital balance. Don’t miss this opportunity to open up an important conversation that will help guide kids toward making wise choices in our digital age.

The screening is free for all and refreshments will be provided. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. For entrance to the school and parking, please use the Morgan Road entry gate. Parking is available next to the swimming pool, on the basketball court, and at the front of the school.
