Packages include tickets to the opening and closing events, access to the USATF Bermuda Grand Prix, all on-island ground transportation, and hotel accommodations at the Willowbank Resort.

*Airfare is not included and must be personally arranged by event participants.

Participants should anticipate average flight prices of $400-800 USD.

Itinerary

 FRIDAY, MAY 19

Welcome to Bermuda

Round-trip airport ground transportation shuttle.

 4pm – 6:30pm | Shakeout

Hit the track to shake off the plane ride and prepare for the weekend ahead.

Shuttle will depart from Willowbank Resort at 4pm and return at approximately 6:30pm.

 8pm | Welcome Event

SATURDAY, MAY 20

Competition Day

 7am | Continental Breakfast

Fuel up for the competition ahead with a complimentary breakfast.

 8am | Transport to Track

Catch the shuttle to the track with round-trip ground transportation.

 12pm | Pavilion Picnic Lunch

Don’t let hunger leave you behind in your heat. Refuel with an array of on-site food vendors.

 7pm | Dinner at Leisure

Explore the cuisine of the island as you seek out your ideal dinner destination.

SUNDAY, MAY 21

USATF Bermuda Grand Prix

 9am – 1pm | Legends Breakfast Cruise Optional $85 pp

Before the meet, explore Bermuda’s turquoise blue waters with a scenic cruise of the island’s top water hot spots.

 1pm | USATF Grand Prix

Watch and enjoy a competitive race experience as the pros take to the track.

 6pm – 10pm | Farewell Dinner

Gather for a farewell dinner at Grotto Bay with your new friends and colleagues.

Round-trip transportation will be provided from Willowbank Resort to Grotto Bay.

Departure Day
